About this survey: 

Workhorse Collaborative, a Pittsburgh-based agency, is conducting this survey on behalf of a Lawrence County arts and culture institution.

You will be asked up to 15 multiple-choice questions and one open-ended question. We anticipate it will take up to 10 minutes to complete. Please submit your answers before the survey closes on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 11:59pm.
