Managing Your Account
Update Account Details
Go to "My Account" and click "Update Account Details". From here you can change your username, password, and email address on file.
View Purchases & Billing History
Go to "My Account" and click "View Purchase History". This page will show when the next billing date occurs, past purchases, and the current status of your account. If you are on the monthly plan, you can cancel at anytime. If there are upgraded days remaining, you will still have access to your unlimited account, until the end of the billing cycle. Your account will then revert to a free account, where you will be limited to 50 responses.
Delete Your Account
Because of the potentially sensitive nature of your data and to avoid any permanent loss of data please contact support to remove your account.
